Rob has been working in biopharma development for over 27 years. The majority of that in outsourcing and vendor management roles, partnering with commercial and operational leaders, as well as service providers to develop new ways to leverage the CRO market and to build new supply chains to accelerate and de-risk R&D portfolio realisation. His career spans companies of all shapes and sizes, having started out in operational and BD roles within large and small CROs, he moved into business analysis and outsourcing at Pharmacia, Pfizer and Novartis. Most recently he worked within a consultancy company advising organisations of all sizes, from the very largest pharma to start up biotechs, on their outsourcing challenges, before joining Autolus in May to head up the R&D Procurement group.
