Stephen Pyke Parexel International Limited
In his role at Parexel, Stephen is accountable for leading and directing Parexel’s AI and clinical data strategies.
Stephen began his career in academia (London), where he held various research and teaching positions. He subsequently joined the pharmaceutical industry where, over a period of 25+ years, he has led a number of global functional groups at Pfizer and GSK, including Research Statistics, Clinical Statistics, Quantitative Sciences, Clinical Operations, and Development DDA (Digital, Data & Analytics).
During this period, Stephen has also been honoured to serve on the Boards of a number of professional and not-for-profit organisations including: PSI (Statisticians in the Pharmaceutical Industry) Board Chair, RSS (Royal Statistical Society) Vice President, CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium) Board Chair. He is currently a member of the Board of CRDSA (Clinical Research Data Sharing Alliance), Chair of the ACRO (Associations of Clinical R esearch Organisations) AI/ML Committee, and has just joined the CTTI (Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative) Executive Committee.
Stephen studied Mathematics and Statistics at, respectively, University of York and Imperial College, London.
