Christoph Ortland has a strong operational and quality background. He started his career in 1993 as a clinical research scientist at an international pharmaceutical company. Until 2010, he worked in various functions, including management functions, at larger and smaller sponsors before becoming self-employed in 2011. In 2017, he founded the Forschungsdock (FD) CRO GmbH in Northern Germany. FD CRO focusses on consulting and providing study and quality management for smaller, inexperienced sponsors (pharma, biotech, medtech).
