Ali Pashazadeh Treehill Partners
Mr. Ali Pashazadeh is the Founder and CEO of Treehill Partners, the global healthcare strategic and transaction advisory firm.
Mr Pashazadeh’s drug development & corporate development experience spans over 30+ years as researcher, practicing clinician, biotech CEO and board member, development consultant, and healthcare financial advisor including at Goldman Sachs, UBS and Blackstone.
Since founding Treehill Partners over a decade ago, Mr. Pashazadeh has shaped the firm’s distinctive approach: integrating drug development and corporate development into a unified, strategic framework. Under his leadership, Treehill advises drug developers and their service providers on optimizing the commercial relevance, transactability, and fundability of their programs and companies—aligning the various stakeholder interests.
Treehill also brings deep operational expertise, particularly in biotech turnaround scenarios where critical product development decisions have threatened corporate viability. Mr. Pashazadeh leads the firm in navigating these challenges, helping companies recover and reposition.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Pashazadeh has blended his lifelong passions for martial arts and motorsports with his medical background. He played a key role in implementing U.S. military trauma protocols to Thai boxing, and following the tragic death of Ayrton Senna in 1994, he helped design driver safety equipment still in use in Formula 1 today.
Mr. Pashazadeh is also deeply committed to philanthropic efforts. He is the founder of Amazonas Protect (est. 1992), dedicated to the preservation and stewardship of primary rainforests around the world, and serves as Trustee of for My Door (est. 2001), which provides safe, supportive environments for marginalized families with young children who need a “safe space” with a door they can close behind them.
