Thierry is a leader in Clinical Research with over 30 years of experience in corporate R&D within pharmaceutical organizations, dedicated to fostering partnerships between pharma companies and CROs in clinical outsourcing. As an independent consultant, he focuses on strategic consulting, emphasizing the transformative impact of digital innovation and patient engagement on drug development and the medicinal product lifecycle. Actively promoting sustainable practices in Clinical Research, Thierry has been a member of PCMG since 2004, served on its main committee for four years, and is currently contributing to the Steering Committee for the third time.

A researcher at heart, Mike has evolved across the pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years, gaining extensive experience in project management oversight. His skills were acquired through work at institutions, biotech companies, and CROs. As a result, he has developed a strategic vision for delivering clinical operations and outsourcing services to successfully manage clinical research studies, proposals, and contracts for life sciences companies. Mike has been strongly involved in sponsoring many opportunities within the surrounding community. He has been an active member of PCMG and is currently serving on the Steering Committee for the fourth time.

With 18 years of experience in oncology, spanning 5 years in pre-clinical and 13 years in clinical research, I bring a diverse background shaped by roles in CRO, Biotech, and Big Pharma environments. My journey began in the lab, where I collaborated with Biotech companies to test their drugs using a mouse model I developed. This early experience sparked my interest in clinical research, leading me to shift into the Clinical Operations field, where I’ve focused on vendor relations and partnerships in clinical trials. I’ve been an active member of PCMG for the past year and am currently serving on the Steering Committee for the first time.

Varun Grover, Senior Manager Global Procurement R&D at Regeneron, with over 15 years’ experience in the field of clinical outsourcing. Member of PCMG for past 6-years and ex-sub team lead for last 3-years. I started my career at Huntington Life Sciences as a QA auditor before moving into vendor management, project finance and clinical outsourcing roles across global CROs and large Biotech. Leading strategic sourcing activities, commercial strategies, and procurement execution. Leader in driving contract management services and innovation. Graduate with BSc. in biomedical sciences from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an executive MBA from Henley Business School. Excited to continue supporting PCMG, with the upcoming PCMG25 marking my 4^th assembly.
