This applies to all attendees, not just those staying at the Hotel.

If you have reserved a hotel room, please check your individual details above for your hotel allocation, and find more hotel information below.
Registration Desk	Please register with PCMG26 and collect your name badge. Follow the signs in the venue to the Registration Desk, which will be near to the Meliá Berlin’s main reception. You can register with us and collect your badges at the following times: Monday 15th June: Register from 13:00. Registration will close after the last shuttle bus has departed for Networking. Tuesday 16th June: From 8:00 Wednesday 17th June: From 8:30

Monday Walking Tour	If booked (as seen if your individual confirmation above) please meet in the Meliá hotel lobby/main reception at 13:45 for the start of the walking tour. Tour will depart from the Meliá at 14:00. More information about the stops can be found here.
Monday Networking Evening	Feel the warm sand under your feet and a cool drink in your hand at the Mare Lounge in BeachMitte Berlin is europe’s largest inner city beach. There will be lots of space for networking including the outside area, indoor bar and upstairs terrace. For footwear, note the outside space has sand & lounge furniture and the Lounge itself has decking. Shuttle buses to and from BeachMitte will be provided. All delegates registered to attend the networking evening (see your individual booking information above) must arrive promptly at the Meliá hotel lobby/main reception for 18:45 travel to the networking venue, BeachMitte. If you would like to make your own way to the networking venue, please join us from 19:00 onwards at: BeachMitte, Caroline-Michaelis-Straße 8, 10115 Berlin, Germany Suggested theme: Hawaiian Shirts (see Dress Code below)
Assembly Dinner (sponsored by Parexel)	Taking place Tuesday 16th June. Please make your way to the Conference Level for drinks reception & dinner from 19:30. The dinner will be followed by the PCMG Awards Ceremony and entertainment.
Name Badges	Name badges and a lanyard will be provided. These should be worn at all times when in the conference area of the venue. It is not necessary to wear name badges for the Conference Dinner.

Hotel Accommodation: (only if booked via PCMG event registration)

Hotel Check-in

The hotel accommodation (if booked) will be at Meliá Berlin.

Check-in time is 15:00
Check-out time is 11:00

When checking in provide your name and ID (passport or equivalent). Accommodation includes breakfast and city tax. All other charges must be paid during check out and before your departure.

There are no individual confirmation numbers as this is a group booking.

For queries or changes to your booking, contact the PCMG event team, not the hotel.

The Meliá is ideally located just 5 minutes away from then Bahnhof Friedrichstraße train station. Transfers from and to the airport will not be provided by PCMG.

Event App

Swapcard is the PCMG26 Event App. You will receive a “magic link” by email to access this. Please download Swapcard to your mobile device to use during the event and start selecting your sessions.

Using the app allows you to book meetings with other attendees, create your own event schedule, and make networking contacts with other attendees.

Note: Berlin Walking Tour, Networking Evening and the Assembly Dinner cannot be booked through the app. They must be listed in your booking above.

Dress Code
Assembly daytime – business attire

Networking Night – casual (Hawaiian shirts for the Beach are encouraged)

Assembly Dinner – smart (black tie optional)

Delegates are asked to wear their name badges (provided at registration) at all times including Networking Night. It is not necessary to wear name badges for the Assembly Dinner.
Dietary or special access requirements
Please carefully review your dietary and accessibility requirements in your personal booking information at the top of this page. Please let us know if anything needs to be added.
If you have any allergies or intolerances, at the event, please find a member of the F&B team who will be able to assist you with finding your meal.
